Today was a challenge. I was busy with laundry, cleaning, a clingy toddler that only napped for an hour and Chris was home early from work today. Chris decided to start cleaning out the basement and making an area into a mini-gym if you will. I begged him to bring down the treadmill and get that set-up and like the good bf he is he got it down there for me but it wasn't quite ready for me to use. So I struggled with if I was going to workout, should I workout, well now it's getting too late to workout. Then I took my own advice. "I never regret when I do it, I always regret when I don't" (stole those words from pinterest). I also thought about it being only day 4 of working out I thought if I give in today will I give in tomorrow. I needed to make the time for myself and just push through. I ended up doing 30 Day Shred because it's a great quick workout at only 25 minutes. I am definitely feeling it.

Absolutely true! Always a good thing to remember!
