So I just realized that I hadn't shared any of my goals. My ultimate goal is to be FIT and HEALTHY and of course be smokin hot in a bikini this summer. Here are some that I thought I would jot down so I can check them off.
Weight Loss Goals
lose 5lbs
get to 130lbs
get to my goal weight of 125 and take it from there
Fitness Goals
Actually complete the 30 Day Shred
Run a 5K (and actually run it)
Lift heavier weights. Not become a body builder or anything but I want to be strong
